Deliveries

Unless otherwise indicated, delivery will be effected to the address indicated by the client at the time of his order. All risks are at the charge of client as of the date the products leave Studio41 Sàrl's premises.

Delivery delay takes into account time to prepare the order as well as transportation time. Client should bear in mind that orders are sent by Economy postal service and client is asked to take postal delivery time into account and to note that Studio41 Sàrl has no control over such service. In principle, goods are generally delivered within 3 to 5 working days in Switzerland, up to 10 working days for destinations abroad. Delivery dates are always given as an indication only. Extension beyond estimated delivery time does not justify cancellation of client's order without the express prior agreement of Studio41 Sàrl. In the case of orders for foreign destinations, postal charges applied are those of the Swiss postal authorities in accordance with the effective weight of the goods ordered by client.

For voluminous, fragile or collectors' items, delivery fees will be adapted. It is advisable that client takes delivery of such items directly from Studio4 Sàrl's premises. Special transport services will be enaged for voluminous, fragile or collectors' items destined for delivery abroad.

Studio41 Sàrl is not responsible for any supplementary fees due to customs controls.

Returns and refunds

Any article returned for exchange or refund will be treated free of charge provided it is returned within eight working days from receipt of the goods in question. Client is however responsible for cost of such return unless return is due to an error on the part of Studio41 Sàrl. Only goods not used, in perfect condition and packed in their original packaging may be returned. Beyond the term of eight working days, delivered goods are held to be in conformity with client's order and accepted by client.
