The client, in confirming his order, accepts the current conditions which are applicable to all transactions between Studio41 Sàrl and the client acknowledges having full knowledge of said conditions.
Orders
Studio41 Sàrl processes clients' orders to the extent of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of any article ordered by client, Studio41 Sàrl will inform client by e-mail and invite client to modify or cancel this article or order. Should the article/s no longer be available (article/s no longer featured in supplier/s catalogue/s) Studio41 Sàrl will automatically cancel the order and inform the client by e-mail.
In no case whatsoever may Studio41 Sàrl be pursued in the case of incapacity to deliver one or any article. Studio41 Sàrl is entitled to refuse online orders. Such decision is at the sole discretion of Studio41 Sàrl. If Studio41 Sàrl does not effect an online delivery, it will communicate such refusal to the client.
Price
Prices are indicated excluding TVA, TVA being indicated at the time of validation of the order. The reference prices are those indicated in Swiss Francs, prices shown in Euros or Dollars being subject to modification according to currency fluctuations.
Studio41 Sàrl reserves its right to modify the price of proposed articles at any time, however, undertakes to apply the tariffs indicated to client at time of his order.
Payment
Payments for orders in Switzerland, as well as abroad, must be done by money order.
At the end of the order process, a summary email will be sent to you.
Two ways to settle the payment:
- Make the bank transfer thanks to information of the summary email
- Contact us by phone (+41 (0)26 663 53 02) to obtain an invoice with its paying-in slip by mail (only for Switzerland)
Your command will be sent by mail once money order is received and accepted by our bank.
Deliveries
Unless otherwise indicated, delivery will be effected to the address indicated by the client at the time of his order. All risks are at the charge of client as of the date the products leave Studio41 Sàrl's premises.
Delivery delay takes into account time to prepare the order as well as transportation time. Client should bear in mind that orders are sent by Economy postal service and client is asked to take postal delivery time into account and to note that Studio41 Sàrl has no control over such service. In principle, goods are generally delivered within 3 to 5 working days in Switzerland, up to 10 working days for destinations abroad. Delivery dates are always given as an indication only. Extension beyond estimated delivery time does not justify cancellation of client's order without the express prior agreement of Studio41 Sàrl. In the case of orders for foreign destinations, postal charges applied are those of the Swiss postal authorities in accordance with the effective weight of the goods ordered by client.
For voluminous, fragile or collectors' items, delivery fees will be adapted. It is advisable that client takes delivery of such items directly from Studio4 Sàrl's premises. Special transport services will be enaged for voluminous, fragile or collectors' items destined for delivery abroad.
Studio41 Sàrl is not responsible for any supplementary fees due to customs controls.
Returns and refunds
Any article returned for exchange or refund will be treated free of charge provided it is returned within eight working days from receipt of the goods in question. Client is however responsible for cost of such return unless return is due to an error on the part of Studio41 Sàrl. Only goods not used, in perfect condition and packed in their original packaging may be returned. Beyond the term of eight working days, delivered goods are held to be in conformity with client's order and accepted by client.
Proprietory reservation
Goods delivered remain the property of Sudio41 Sàrl until full payment of the purchase price by client.
Use of products
Studio41 Sàrl may not under any circumstances be held responsible for any damage whatsoever caused by inappropriate use of delivered goods.
